Artist Oleksandr Makedonskyi exhibits at Inspira

We welcome Ukranian artist Oleksandr Makedonskyi as an exhibitor on our gallery wall at Inspira (in the hallway to the right of the entrance). 14 of his pieces are on display in September for you to enjoy, and they are also available for purchase if you're interested.
As a painter, Oleksandr maintains and preserves the tradition of socially oriented art which he mainly interprets in a realistic way. Critics consider him "a master of psychological portraiture, creating convincing images of people of different characters, social affiliations, and different fates”. In his arsenal of the artist there are also genre canvases, serene in mood, landscapes of the surroundings and still life.
As a child who was brought up in a boarding school without parents, Oleksandr revealed his talent at the age of 6 and devoted all his childhood and youth to developing abilities in painting. In 2012, he received the title of "Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine". Being a participant in large number of republican exhibitions, his works are also available in private collections in Australia, USA, Portugal and other European countries.
Feel free to contact mikael.lagerwall@mediconvillage.se if you have suggestions for serious artists who might fit our gallery wall.
