NISAD, the National Institutes for Stress, Anxiety & Depression, is a research institute creating programmes with individual support for people who are struggling to change habits that are detrimental to their health.

Our clinical therapists and biomedical scientists research both the physiological and psychological aspects of conditions and habits which contribute towards poor emotional health. This includes not only stress, anxiety and depression, but all conditions affected by our hormones and behaviours such as sleep, memory, loneliness, age milestones, stress in pregnancy, relationships, body fat management and type 2 diabetes.

Drawing on our research, we deliver online and face-to-face clinics, as well as programmes through apps and games for both adults and children.
