Workshop: Building trust across organizational boundaries

Workshop: Building trust across organizational boundaries
The event has expired

Biotech companies are often dependent on collaborations with big pharma companies for their survival and growth. At the same time, we know that many such collaborations fail to deliver the intended results. Trust is one of the most important factors behind sustainable partnerships but building trust in a business-to-business context is not always easy. In this workshop, we discuss the role of trust; why it sometimes breaks down and how to build trust over time.

The workshop is led by Anna Brattström, Associate senior lecturer at Sten K. Johnson Centre for Entrepreneurship.

Anna Brattström works as associate senior lecturer at Lund University, School of Economics and Management, and she is docent and affiliated researcher at the Stockholm School of Economics. Her research focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship, including topics such as open innovation; measurement of innovation and collaborations between startups and established corporations. Anna is well recognized, both nationally and internationally. She publishes in the top journals of the field; she has been a visiting scholar at Stanford University; and she has lectured on innovation and entrepreneurship at the executive programs at INSEAD in Paris and at the Stockholm School of Economics. She has also received several international awards, such as being a finalist at the international ISPIM Phd Dissertation Award and received the Swedish Forum of Entrepreneurship Young Scholar Award.

The workshop is part of a series of digital workshops organized January though March (2021). If you want to attend the other workshops, please register with each workshop separatelyRead more about the complete scope of the series of workshops.
