Science for Lunch: Clinical Investigation Submissions Pathway under the MDR

Medicon Village Science for Lunch – a business meeting concept for sharing life science knowledge
Qmed Academy started as a virtual platform for regulatory and clinical trainings. Recently we have launched Qmed Academy again, this time with free, in-person events – Qmed Academy Talks. Qmed Academy will host several events starting in Scandinavia where we will discuss various topics within the regulatory and clinical field and gather several experts and companies.
For the next session, we will focus on “Clinical Investigation Submission Pathways Under The MDR” presented by Helene Quie.
The clinical investigation submission process has changed under the implementation of the MDR due to the missing access to the EUDAMED database. We aim to guide and teach how to navigate the submission process as well as the specific national requirements in some of the EU countries.
We will walk participants through the submission process to the competent authorities and ethical committees for Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany and Switzerland on a detailed level.
