Are you looking for new employees in the field of Life Science?

Together with Faculty of Medicine, Lund University, and in partnership with Ideon Science Park, Medicon Village is organising a career day for students on Wednesday, 4 December 2024. The Career Day is aimed at Master’s students, PhD candidates, and postdocs specialising in life science. We anticipate a full auditorium and well-attended breakout sessions during this full-day event.

As part of the Career Day, we are offering companies with recruitment needs the opportunity to book exhibitor spaces to connect with well-educated students looking for employment in the life science sector.

We also offer companies the chance to participate in an AI-generated matchmaking process, where your need for competences is matched with profiles of participating students. Successful matches result in 20-minute meetings with matching candidates in the afternoon at the Career Day. Submission to the matchmaking platform is to be submitted three weeks prior to the event. Participating in the matchmaking is free of charge.

Practical information regarding exhibitor spaces for companies

The exhibition will take place in and around Café Inspira at Medicon Village. An exhibitor space consists of a standing table and room for a roll-up banner and should be staffed from 12:00 to 17:00. During this period, student participants will have lunch, visit the exhibition, and attend various breakout sessions before gathering for a joint Science After Work event starting at 16:00.

Exhibitor spaces, including lunch, are offered at two levels:

• Startups/companies with fewer than 10 employees: 3,000 SEK for two persons. Additional representatives cost 400 SEK per person.
• Larger companies: 5,000 SEK for two persons. Additional representatives cost 400 SEK per person.
