It’s time to book events for the autumn season
Engagement in events and professional networks at Medicon Village continues to grow. As part of our mission to establish the life science park as southern Sweden’s premier meeting hub, we organise approximately 100 on-site events each year. Several events are already confirmed for the second half of August, so now is the time to book yours if you want flexibility in timing.
Today, we run six professional networks: the Medical Writing Network, Quality Assurance Network, Clinical Operations Network, Pharmacovigilance Network, and two Regulatory Affairs Networks – one for MedTech and one for Pharma. We also coordinate Executive Outlook, our invite-only CEO network.
These networks are free to join and play a vital role in knowledge sharing and community building – both within our life science park and across the regional life science industry. A clear sign of their growing relevance is the increasing number of members.
When it comes to our four established event formats – Science for Breakfast, Science for Lunch, Academy (half-day), and Science After Work – attendance continues to rise. Several events this term have even had waiting lists. Our breakfast sessions are the most popular (second only to our social after work gatherings), drawing an average of 80 guests every Tuesday.

At the moment, and for the remainder of 2025, the following slots are available (availability for Science After Work to be discussed):
- Science for Breakfast: 30 Sept, 4 Nov, 11 Nov, 18 Nov, 25 Nov, 2 Dec, and 9 Dec.
- Science for Lunch or Academy: week 40 and weeks 45 to 49.
