Open-plan

Small companies can rent space in our new open-plan environment in the Business-to-Business building. It is an attractive environment and you will be sitting alongside people who work in or support life science.

If you choose the open-plan option there is no extra charge for conference and meeting rooms. You also get a fully staffed reception, Wi-Fi, access to a central printer and areas where you can meet up with free coffee and tea, etc.

Single offices

If you feel you need to be able to close your door, we have separate offices for one or two people. You get the same level of service as those that sit in the open-plan areas.

Tailor-made solutions

If you want you can rent all or part of a floor, or even a whole wing. We will adapt the space to your needs before moving in.

SmiLe Incubator

If you are a start-up company you can apply to move into the independent SmiLe incubator. Here entrepreneurs and start-ups can get help to develop and commercialise their ideas. They’ll also get help and advice about business development, financing, recruitment and risk management.
