We warmly welcome Adxto – a company developing and delivering healthcare and consultancy solutions across the Nordics – as a new member of our life science park. We invited their Business Developer, Magnus Klang, to answer three key questions and share insights into how Adxto aims to make a meaningful impact within our community and across the regional life science industry.

Why have Adxto chosen to join Medicon Village?

In our years of practice, Adxto has been at the forefront of delivering innovative healthcare and consulting solutions across the Nordic region. Since our founding in 2007, we have developed and implemented over 50 patient support programmes, enhancing patient adherence and treatment outcomes in collaboration with the life science sector and healthcare providers. In 2019 alone, we proudly stood as Sweden’s largest vaccinator, demonstrating our capacity to manage large-scale healthcare projects effectively.

Our extensive expertise and longstanding presence in the Nordic markets recently led to international expansion through a joint venture with the Subrosa Group. Together, we launched Subrosa Adxto Health – an affiliated company specifically designed to support international life science companies in entering the Nordic markets and, equally, to enable Nordic companies to expand and compete successfully on a global scale. Through this venture, we broaden our reach and provide specialised market entry strategies and commercial support for clients seeking regional and international growth.

We are delighted to join Medicon Village, which offers the ideal environment to expand our business and strengthen our presence within the life science community in southern Sweden. Becoming part of this community supports our ambition to contribute meaningfully to the region.

What are Adxto's key objectives for your operations in the Nordics?

Our mission is to create meaningful connections that enable remarkable and innovative ideas. We aim to drive commercial success for life science companies by combining strategic insights with operational execution. With extensive experience across therapeutic areas such as rare diseases, oncology, metabolic disorders, and specialty medicines, we support clients from early market access strategies and stakeholder engagement to full-scale commercial implementation.

Over the past few years, we have partnered with both Nordic and global life science companies, offering expertise in KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement strategies, market analyses, pricing and reimbursement planning, omnichannel engagement, and launch preparation and execution. Through our operations in the Nordics, we aim to further deepen these relationships by delivering bespoke solutions tailored to the unique demands of the Nordic healthcare environment.

What are your business's major challenges for the upcoming year to meet market demand and trends?

Looking ahead, one of our main challenges is adapting to evolving market access landscapes and increasingly sophisticated stakeholder expectations. The Nordic healthcare systems demand greater transparency, personalised communication, and high-quality, credible evidence. Our ability to anticipate and respond proactively to these changes will be key to our success.

In addition, staying at the forefront of digital transformation within life sciences is essential. Healthcare professionals, patients, and payers now expect timely, relevant, and personalised interactions across multiple channels. Adxto is committed to continually enhancing our capabilities in digital strategy and omnichannel execution to engage stakeholders effectively and meaningfully.
