The E22 expansion vs Medicon Village

The Municipal Council in Lund has now made the final decision about an exit from the E22 to Medicon Village and Ideon. The exit and entrance are intended to relieve northeastern Lund and, according to the municipality, will also be important when the new hospital is to be built. When the exit is completed in about three years, it will facilitate better accessibility to and from our research park to the E22. At the same time, the work on the exit means that our northern entrance will be affected.

We have planning meetings with the municipality to ensure accessibility to our science park during the project. Among other things, a new entrance from Scheelevägen to our northern area will be created.
