Ulrika Ringdahl new COO of SmiLe

SmiLe Incubator appoints Ulrika Ringdahl as new COO. She has previously worked as CEO of Invest in Skåne, and since January 2023 she is Senior Advisor at SmiLe. In June she succeeds Lina Olsen Boreson who is moving on to a new role as Executive Director, Corporate Development at Sandberg Development AB.

Ulrika has extensive experience in life science and has worked with both innovation, commercialization, business development and international partnerships. She most recently held the position as CEO of Invest in Skåne where she was responsible for attracting international investments to the southernmost part of Sweden. Ulrika holds a PhD in Medical Microbiology from Lund University.

Ulrika takes over as COO on June 1st, 2023, until then she will continue as Senior Advisor.
