Medicon Village’s Sustainability Reporting Network
Purpose
The Sustainability Reporting Network is a collaborative forum where members actively exchange experiences and share technical expertise. Our focus is on the practicalities of sustainability-related issues and the specific challenges of reporting within our daily assignments. By sharing lessons learned, we help each other navigate the evolving landscape of life science sustainability.
What to expect
- Knowledge sharing: A focus on “how-to” and peer-to-peer support regarding data, frameworks, and implementation.
- Relationship building: We prioritize physical meetings to foster genuine connections and a strong local professional community.
- A trusted space: A confidential environment where insights can be shared freely within the group.
Who should join?
The network is specifically aimed at Regulatory, HR, Environmental, and Quality specialists, as well as anyone tasked with sustainability-related responsibilities within the Life Science sector.
We welcome participants from companies based at Medicon Village as well as those in the surrounding neighborhood.
Guidelines & participation
To ensure the best possible environment for our members, the following principles apply:
- Competence first: This is a forum for knowledge exchange, not a platform for marketing or sales of services.
- Confidentiality: Information shared during meetings is intended for the group and should not be disseminated unless expressly agreed upon.
- Representation: To maintain a diverse and balanced group, attendance is limited to two representatives per business.
- No barriers: There is no membership fee and no requirement for Medicon Village membership to join.
Meeting Format
- Frequency: We host approximately 4–6 physical meetings per year.
- In-person focus: Since our core purpose is relationship building and active networking, meetings are conducted digitally only in exceptional cases.
- Language: Meetings are held in English or Swedish (Swedish is spoken if all participants are Swedish speakers).
- Invitations: Meeting invites are sent via email directly to registered network members.
