Professional networks for knowledge sharing and networking
The science park Medicon Village is a natural hub for research and entrepreneurship focusing on Life Science in southern Sweden. By facilitating cross-border collaborations, conditions are created for medical advances to give more people a healthier and healthier life.
As part of this ambition we run networks promoting knowledge exchange and networking between members, but also with friends without a firm foothold at Medicon Village.
The networks have different shapes and orientations. If you are interested in becoming a member of any of our networks, please make contact with contact persons below. Medicon Village’s RA Network
A network for people working with RA (Regulatory Affairs).
Purpose
The network is a forum where members actively exchange experiences and share expertise on RA-related issues from their daily assignments. The network is divided into two subgroups; RA MedTech (medical equipment/combination product) and RA pharmaceuticals.
Boundaries
- No entry requirements.
- No membership fees.
- The network is aimed at employees working with RA at operations focused on both medical equipment and pharmaceuticals at Medicon Village and in the neighborhood.
- Attendance at meetings is limited to one person per business.
- The network is a competence forum and not intended for marketing services.
- Information shared during meetings is not intended to be disseminated, unless expressly stated.
Meetings
Each subgroup meet 3-4 times per semester during lunchtime, of which one is shared with both RA MedTech and RA Pharma present. As the purpose with our networks network is knowledge sharing and networking building relationships, meetings are only exceptionally conducted digitally.

Medicon Village’s QA Network
A network for both QA specialists and those who work with QA-related tasks.
Purpose
The network is a forum where members actively exchange experiences and share expertise on QA-related issues from their daily assignments.
Boundaries
- No entry requirements.
- No membership fees.
- The network is aimed at QA specialists and people who work with QA-related tasks at activities focused on Life Science at Medicon Village and in the neighborhood.
- The network is a competence forum and not intended for marketing services.
- Information shared during meetings is not intended to be disseminated, unless expressly stated.
- Attendance at meetings is limited to two people per business.
- Meetings in English or Swedish (Swedish is spoken when only Swedish speakers participate).

About eight physical meetings per year. As the purpose with our networks network is knowledge sharing and networking building relationships, meetings are only exceptionally conducted digitally.

Medicon Village’s Medical Writer Network
A network for medical writers.
Purpose
The network is a forum where members actively exchange experiences and share expertise in and experience of medical writing from their daily assignments. The network is not limited in terms of type of document (regulatory documents or publications) or development phase.

- No entry requirements.
- No membership fees.
- The network is aimed at medical writers living or operating in the Öresund region.
- The network is a competence forum and not intended for marketing services.
- Information shared during meetings is not intended to be disseminated, unless expressly stated.
Meetings
About four physical meetings a year for lunch or afternoon. As the network is based on relationships, meetings are only exceptionally conducted digitally.

Medicon Village’s Administrative Network
A network for people who work in various types of administration, such as: HR, payroll, purchasing, accounting and invoice handling, finance, contracts, counselling, switchboard, reception, archives, logistics, booking and planning, coordination, assistants, etc.
Purpose
The network is a forum where members actively exchange experiences and share expertise and experience with administrative issues from their daily assignments.

- No membership fee.
- The network is aimed at employees focused on administrative activities at companies at Medicon Village.
- Participation in meetings is limited to two people per company.
- The network is a competence forum and not intended for marketing of services.
- Information shared during meetings is not intended for dissemination, unless expressly stated.
- Meetings in English or Swedish (Swedish is spoken when only Swedish speakers participate).
