Olof Engdahl appointed Operations Manager at Medicon Village Fastighet

From 1 October, Olof Engdahl will replace Alexander Malmborg as Operations Manager at Medicon Village Fastighet.

Olof has a history with our life science park dating back to 1983, when he started as an apprentice plumber at the Draco facility south of Tunavägen. Since then, he has remained at the site, holding various positions with companies providing services to us, including Climat80. In recent years, he has worked as Service Coordinator at Medicon Village Fastighet, with responsibility for minor projects and service requests.

In his new role, he will be responsible for ensuring that the buildings in our life science park are well maintained and operated safely. As part of his personal ambition for the role, he is looking forward to contributing to making our service organisation more efficient and goal-oriented, with the aim of delivering even greater value to our members.

As Olof takes on his new responsibilities, based on the third floor of B405, Tim Petersson will assume responsibility for minor projects, working closely with Niklas Sellin, newly appointed Project Manager for Construction Projects. Gabriella Jansson will be responsible for service requests, among other things, while Mats Wessman will be responsible for all supplier agreements.

Alexander Malmborg will take on a new challenge as Operations Manager at Eslövsbostäder. We thank him for his great commitment, loyalty and important contribution to our development over many years, and wish him every success both in his new role and with the newly born addition to his family!
