After a successful pilot program in 2024, 10xHealth is launching its next program for 2025/2026, and applications are now open. If you are a life science company from Sweden or Denmark, with 5-30 employees, a commercially leaning management team, and a keen ambition to grow your company, we are looking for you!

10xHealth is a scaleup program for life science growth and is developed by SmiLe Venture Hub and Medicon Village with partial funding from the European Regional Development Fund. It is a part of our ambition to help established life science companies with strong innovations to reach their full growth potential.

A few short facts about 10xHealth:

• The next round of the program will take place August 2025 to May 2026, and will span 8 modules.
• The modules will cover areas such as strategy and governance, building a team and scaling the organisation, addressing various types of financing to support the company’s growth strategy, the role of sustainability and new tech like AI in creating business value and impact, market access, and internationalisation and regulatory challenges for a growth company in the life science sector.
• Each module comprises of a 1-day joint peer-to-peer workshop onsite at Medicon Village, followed by individual 1-on-1 followup sessions afterwards, so that theory meets practice specific to the participating companies’ strategic focus.
• Each module is led by local and international experts in their specific fields.
