Incubator Manager – Medeon Science Park
Do you want to help build the best possible conditions for innovation within life science? Medeon Science Park is now looking for an Incubator Manager who is ready to take overall responsibility for our incubator and play a key role in developing the next generation of companies.
About the role
As Incubator Manager, you will lead and further develop Medeon’s incubator. The incubator is an integrated part of Medeon Science Park – an environment where ideas, projects, startups and scaleups meet and grow. You will work closely with companies at different stages and tailor support based on their needs, with the goal of helping them take the next step, whether that means validating an idea, securing funding, commercialising or scaling up.
Together with the companies, the Medeon Science Park team and our partners, you will actively help create the conditions needed for innovation to develop, reach the market and ultimately benefit patients and users.
The role is both strategic and operational. You will drive the development of the incubator offering, optimise fundraising and financing efforts, create structure and lead business coaches. You will report to the CEO of Medeon Science Park and work closely with the team around our coworking lab, events, focus areas, and relationships with healthcare, industry and investors, as well as with our owners and other actors in the innovation ecosystem.
Medeon is an agile organisation where we continuously develop our offering based on the needs of our companies. Our focus areas are:
- Medtech
- Diabetes
- Oral health
- Healthy aging
(With prevention as a cross-cutting theme)
Many of our former incubator companies are now established within the science park, creating a unique environment where the entire development journey is represented and actively supported by Medeon.

- Drive selection and follow-up processes
- Identify and facilitate relevant funding opportunities for both companies and the organisation

We are looking for someone who

- Is motivated by building strong environments and helping others succeed
- Holds an academic degree (minimum bachelor’s level) within fields such as life science, sustainability, law or business
- Has a solid understanding of innovation, investment and entrepreneurship through experience and/or education
- Has good knowledge of financing opportunities for startups, growth companies and innovation environments
- Is a strong communicator in English, preferably combined with a Scandinavian language
- Is structured, curious and enjoys working in an environment where things continuously evolve and change
It is considered an advantage if you
- Have personal experience of entrepreneurship
- Have worked in or close to startup or investment environments
- Have strong relationships with investors and a good understanding of financing
- Are engaged in non-profit or voluntary activities
