Medicon Village at BIO-Europe in Vienna

From Monday to Wednesday this week, we took part in Europe’s leading life science partnering event, BIO-Europe in Vienna, alongside 5,700 delegates from 3,220 companies and organisations, of which 306 were exhibitors.

The reason for us having our Mikael Lagerwall at the event was to hold partnering meetings with decision-makers from some of the most prominent life science companies in the world, and to promote our life science park as the largest in the Nordics – a powerful platform for advancing research and business in the region.

Interest in start-ups and the Nordic market continues to grow year by year, strengthening our position at events like this. With 40 scheduled partnering meetings and extensive informal networking in the exhibition area and beyond, these three days have further reinforced our efforts to make a difference for our members and for the innovation district we are part of.
