Introducing Håkan Carlberg – new Commercial Property Manager and Leasing Agent
We are pleased to welcome Håkan Carlberg, newly appointed Commercial Property Manager and Leasing Agent at Medicon Village Fastighet. To introduce him to our community, we asked him three key questions:
How has your professional background prepared you for the challenges at Medicon Village?
“My background includes both residential property sales and commercial lettings. I am passionate about supporting clients throughout their journey, from the first meeting to working together to build a long-term tenancy that benefits both parties. To achieve this, I always listen carefully to clients’ needs and strive to meet them, whatever their scale.
I live in Malmö with my fiancée and our nine-month-old son. Outside family life, I spend time on two of my main interests: running and Malmö FF. I am also a keen skier and love holidays in the snow.”
What will your role involve?
“I will mainly be working with our new coworking space in The Spark, as well as letting our other premises across the park. I look forward to getting to know our existing members and welcoming potential new members.”
What do you see as your main challenges here, and how will you create value for members?
“I am really looking forward to helping Medicon Village continue to develop. It is, and should remain, the natural choice for companies of all sizes to run their businesses, with the right conditions to develop and grow here.”
Håkan will be a key member of the Medicon Village Fastighet team, working closely with his colleagues and playing an important role in our life science park – the largest in Scandinavia. His work will contribute to our expertise in adapting premises and supporting business growth for both thriving start-ups and expanding research-driven companies.
He reports to Helen Greve, Head of Business Development & Leasing at Medicon Village Fastighet, who is delighted to welcome him on board:
– Håkan will play an important part in Medicon Village Fastighet’s focus on business development and lettings. His role will include lettings, developing customer relationships and enhancing our meeting spaces. With his property industry experience and focus on customer relationships and business, he will be a valuable addition to our efforts to develop our operations, meet customers’ needs and create new opportunities for both existing and future tenants.
