10xHealth scaleup program

10xHealth is a development program aimed at creating better conditions for growth in young companies focused on life science. Through this program, created by SmiLe Incubator and Medicon Village in Lund, innovative scale-ups in Southernmost Sweden will be offered support in areas particularly important for companies in the growth phase.

The intensive one-year program is inspired by the ‘Moonshot approach’ by Astro Teller and comprises eight modules, with each module consisting of a full day of lectures and workshops at Medicon Village, followed by individually tailored follow-ups with participating companies. The modules are led by experts in their respective fields, with the support of SmiLe Incubator and Medicon Village Innovation’s knowledgeable employees and coaches.

The program is the first step in a long-term effort to strengthen the life science network and the conditions for growth companies in the region.

The initiative is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, Medicon Village, and SmiLe Incubator, and will initially run until 2026.
