The full day Valuation Workshop mostly suited for CEOs/CSOs/CFOs/Scientists of biotech/medtech companies. In this workshop we will dive into the following:
- How Investors/VCs think and how you should pitch and adapt to them
- How we can develop strong fundamentals when valuing an asset. What are the different ways of valuing a biotech asset? How NOT to value an asset
- How to structure licensing deals, co-development deals etc.
Most importantly, you should be able to independently evaluate valuations done by external service providers etc.
