New Cleaning Services Provider
At Medicon Village, we continuously review and develop our services and supplier partnerships to ensure high standards of quality, environmental responsibility and service for our tenants. As part of this ongoing work, we have previously introduced changes in areas such as security services and mail and goods handling.
We are now taking the next step by introducing a new cleaning services provider, effective 1 January 2027.
The new supplier has been selected through a procurement process in which quality, environmental performance, service and long-term cost efficiency have been key considerations. The supplier also provides cleaning services to Ideon Science Park, which has provided positive references.
In preparation for the transition, we are working closely with the new supplier to ensure that important knowledge of our premises, routines and tenants' needs is retained and transferred. This will help maintain continuity in our cleaning services.
Our ambition is to ensure a smooth transition while maintaining a high standard of cleaning services throughout Medicon Village. Further practical information will be provided ahead of the change.
