Medicon Village joins TechBBQ 2026 as Life Science continues to strengthen its role in the Nordic tech ecosystem
On 26–27 August 2026, the annual Nordic tech event TechBBQ returns to Bella Center Copenhagen, bringing together startups, investors, scale-ups and innovators from across the region.
Life science will once again play a prominent role in the programme through a dedicated track for Life Science startups. The continued growth of this track reflects a broader development across the innovation landscape: life science is becoming increasingly integrated with the wider technology ecosystem. Areas such as AI-driven diagnostics, data-powered drug discovery, digital health solutions and scalable health platforms are creating new opportunities at the intersection of technology and healthcare.
This year also marks a new milestone for Medicon Village, which will be participating in TechBBQ for the first time through a non-commercial partnership with the event. The collaboration strengthens connections between the life science and technology communities across the Öresund region and creates additional opportunities for knowledge exchange, networking and collaboration.
