What Skills Does Life Science Need Next? An Industry–University Working Dialogue
The Technical University of Denmark’s Biotech Lifelong Learning program works closely with companies to develop short, practical training for the life science sector. We see every day how quickly industry roles are changing and how often skills needs outpace the available training.
This Good Morning Meeting is a working conversation that brings academia and industry together. Malene Bonné Meyer, Head of Teaching at DTU Bioengineering, will open the session with a short perspective on how companies and universities can work together to turn training into real, usable skills. From there, we want to hear directly from you:
- Where do you see the biggest skill gaps in your teams today?
- What competencies are hardest to hire for or develop internally?
- What kinds of short courses or training formats would genuinely make a difference in your company?
Your attendance and input will directly inform how future biotech training at DTU is designed, from course topics to formats and delivery. By sitting at the table with the DTU Biotech Lifelong Learning team, you help ensure that new training initiatives respond to your real industry needs rather than assumptions.
