3 great news on our upcoming Career Day

Medicon Village

3 great pieces of news regarding our annual Career Day, taking place this year on 25 November:

  • Region Skåne and its department Enheten för Näringsliv & Kompetensförsörjning return as a collaborating partner, alongside organisers Medicon Village and Lund University. This underlines the regional importance of this growing meeting point for talent attraction and retention within life science.
  • This year, we intend to add the Faculty of Science (Naturvetenskapliga fakulteten) as a partner, while continuing the collaboration initiated last year with parts of the Faculty of Engineering (Tekniska fakulteten) and the School of Economics and Management (Ekonomihögskolan) with an interest in life science, complementing the successful collaboration with co-organiser the Faculty of Medicine (Medicinska fakulteten). This means we will invite even more master’s students, doctoral candidates, and postdoctoral researchers interested in joining the life science industry, continuing the positive trend from 180 students attending in 2024 to 330 in 2025.
  • We also expect to build on the trend of increasing company participation. In 2024, we had 9 companies (mainly smaller companies), and in 2025, 13 (including several Big Pharma companies). This year, we are aiming for 20 companies representing a wide range of sizes and recruitment needs.

There is a limit to how many companies we can host, and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. More information on how to register your company at:
