Science for Breakfast with the ATMP Path2Patient Project
Networking, knowledge sharing and energy build-up! Science for Breakfast is an initiative by Medicon Village to facilitate networking and knowledge sharing among scientists and entrepreneurs in the village and others.
Get to know ATMP Path2Patient over breakfast
Cell and gene therapies hold enormous promise - but turning science into treatments is complex. See how Lund’s unique, integrated ecosystem and Skåne University Hospital’s new Center for Cell and Gene Therapy connect research, GMP manufacturing and clinical care to accelerate the path to patients.
The breakfast is sponsored by the ATMP Path2Patient Project, an EU co-funded initiative that aims to strengthen the innovation ecosystem and provide tailored early-stage support for the development and commercialisation of cutting-edge research in Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMPs) – next-generation cell and gene therapies.
The project is a collaboration between Lund University (including LU Innovation, LU-ATMP and the pre-GMP Facility), Region Skåne’s ATMP Center at Skåne University Hospital, SmiLe Venture Hub, and Medicon Village Innovation.SpeakerMattias Essén – GMP Engineer, Center for Cell and Gene Therapy, Skåne University Hospital
