Medicon Village’s Family Day: Where Science Met Holiday Magic in a Wonderland of Festive Fun

Saturday was an absolute blast at Medicon Village during our Christmas Family Day! It felt like stepping into a wonderland where science and holiday cheer collided. Everyone, from kids to parents to those young at heart, dived headfirst into the most incredible life science adventures.

We were captivated by Vattenhallen’s engaging activities, from the surprisingly enjoyable pipetting experiments to meaningful discussions about sustainability goals and exploring pH levels, which highlighted how science surrounds us! SmiLe Incubator’s intriguing showcase of their viscosity measurer also had us completely hooked.

Let’s talk about the Gingerbread House Competition—pure magic! Our creative geniuses took gingerbread to a whole new level with astonishing, colourful creations that merged science and imagination seamlessly.

The experiment shows led by Vattenhallen? Remarkable! And the Joyvoice Choir? They brought so much joy to the atmosphere! Kudos to our gingerbread architects—your designs truly left us speechless! Not to forget, our quiz walk and the delightful goodie bags received from Santa Claus were much appreciated.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who joined us for this joy-filled event, blending education with the spirit of the season.
