The visit aimed to strengthen synergies between the networks while fostering discussions on entrepreneurship and innovation within the region.

About Prince Daniel’s Fellowship

Launched in 2013 by Prince Daniel and managed by the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), the Fellowship programme supports emerging entrepreneurs and seeks to inspire young individuals to pursue entrepreneurship. The initiative aims to foster a positive culture around entrepreneurship by promoting risk-taking and embracing failure as a learning experience. It is backed by the Marianne and Marcus Wallenberg Foundation, Carl Bennet, Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB, and Swedbank.

The Role of IVA’s Business Council

The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) serves as a platform for collaboration between research, industry, and policy-making. The academy’s Business Council ensures strong industry connections and contributes to discussions on economic, educational, and research policies. With around 250 member companies from various sectors, the council provides a forum for sharing knowledge and experiences.
